COMPANIES WITH BIGLEAF SYRUP FOR SALE
(& OTHER WILD TREE SYRUPS)

On this page you will find some links to western bigleaf maple and other less common edible tree sap-based syrups (less common than eastern sugar maple sap-based products which are widely available). Keep in mind that demand exceeds supply so you have to order early in the tapping season. If we learn of non-syrup foods for sale we will add them to the list. If you have a product to sell, contact us about being added to the list.

OTHER TREE SYRUPS

Many different trees other than bigleaf (Acer macrophyllum) and sugar maple (Acer saccharum) produce edible saps that can be made into food products like syrup. This page includes a few examples of pure tree sap syrups (i.e., not flavored sugar syrups). These syrups are small batch and availability can be highly irregular so we encourage you to contact the supplier ahead of time and mark your calendar when the product you want will be available.
